mission statement

Blond Coffee opened in October 2004. Blond Store opened in December 2005. Owners, Amanda le Fleming and Cecelia Parsons met while working the 2004 vintage at Penfolds. They share a passion and love for delicious coffee and fresh, light and tasty food made from the finest quality ingredients.

Our coffee beans are roasted locally by Rio Coffee in Adelaide every week. Our milk comes from the local jersey cows in Greenock and is non-homogenised and can therefore vary in texture and taste.

We make all our meals, cakes & biscuits in our own kitchen using as much local produce as we can, including eggs, meat, bread, milk, cream and fruit.

We are passionate about the coffee we make, the food we prepare and the produce we stock and sell. The Blond team is committed to providing consistent quality and a friendly service to make your experience at Blond satisfying and memorable every time.

We welcome any feedback and look forward to seeing you again soon.

Amanda & Cecelia

Why Blond?

  • Most people drink blonde coffee (latte, flat white or cappuccino)
  • A perfect 30 ml espresso shot poured in 30 seconds starts to turn ‘blonde’ at the end of the pour
  • Both owners are blonde
  • We took off the ‘e’ to create the brand
